The health of your pelvic floor affects your whole body. In this workshop we will discuss the anatomy of the pelvic floor learn breathing practices to help you connect with and assess your own pelvic floor and use different yoga poses to stretch, soften, and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. How we take care of ourselves over time can affect our pelvic floor health as well as how we hold our bodies for the rest of our lives.

Topics we will cover in this class are:

- Pelvic floor anatomy
- Pelvic floor health
- Connecting to the pelvic floor muscles with breath
- Leaking while laughing/sneezing
- Prolapsed organs
- Laboring positions
- Yoga poses to stretch, soften, & strengthen your pelvic floor muscles

Workshop is open to anyone born with a uterus.

Interested in attending but won’t be able to make it? Workshop recording will be available for 7 days after workshop takes place for all registered students.
